Founder and Director
Caitlin has over 16 years experience in health and social care communications and has worked as a consultant in the charity and public sectors since 2008, delivering a wide range of strategic marketing, communications and digital projects. This included work at the Department of Health, NHS London and a variety of other health bodies. Prior to this she was Brand Manager and then Head of Marketing at Turning Point, the UK’s largest social care charity.
Caitlin is an expert copywriter and leads on strategy and content development for Kindlemix. She has an MA in publishing, giving her strong expertise in editorial practice and production management, and is an experienced project manager. As a professional writer and editor, she prides herself on being able to translate complex information into straightforward and engaging copy.

Founder and Creative Director
Anne Tregoning has over 17 years experience in public sector and charity communications. After beginning her career at the mental health charity SANE, she went on to manage internal communications and branding at Islington Council. Anne later spent three years at the Audit Commission, shaping their internal communications function and leading on a number of strategic campaigns.
Anne is an experienced writer and editor with detailed knowledge of the production process. She also has a flair for design and leads on web and graphic design for Kindlemix, working closely with our associate graphic designer. Anne’s work was recognised by the Institute of Internal Communications in 2009, winning a gold award for best audio visual project.

Kindlemix Associate
Tara leads on PR for Kindlemix and is also an experienced copywriter. She was previously Communications Manager for Creative England, where she was responsible for promoting film and creative industries across the world. Prior to that she worked in external affairs for the UK Film Council. She also has considerable experience in consumer and lifestyle PR and was previously an account manager for Cerub PR where she specialised in promoting products, activities and tourism aimed at families

Kate is an extremely creative and experienced graphic designer and we have worked with her for many years. She is highly qualified, with a BA Graphic Media Design from University of the Arts London, and a BA Communication and Image Studies from University of Kent. Kate has helped many organisations develop their brand identity and materials. In addition to her work with Kindlemix, Kate has worked for a wide range of clients, including NCVO, The University of Westminster, Tate Modern, BBC, Camden Education, Christian Aid, Connexions, and Refugee Council.

Greta is a skilled copywriter and project manager. She has worked in information and support services in the charity sector for 12 years. Greta works regularly in the health sector, particularly in science communication and patient information, and is experienced in working to the principles of the Department of Health’s Information Standard quality mark. Greta has an MA in translation and interpreting, is currently undertaking an MSc in sustainability and adaptation, and is a member of the Patient Information Forum and Charity Comms.

Mika has over 13 years experience in marketing and communications in a wide range of not-for- profit organisations. She has worked across the marketing mix in a large social care charity, with one of the largest qualifications and professional membership bodies in the UK, as well as at a London university. During this time she has written for a huge variety of audiences: financial services professionals, service users of drug and alcohol services, university students and school leavers and employers in the tech/engineering fields, to name a few. With a passion for clear and concise copy that can be understood by all, Mika now works with us regularly as a copywriter and copyeditor.

Tabitha is an experienced and strategic arts marketer specialising in audience development and communications. She was Marketing Manager for Audience Development at Wales Millennium Centre for five years, where she headed up a team using audience insight to
create tailored bilingual campaigns designed to grow audiences for studio performances, dance and circus events. Prior to this Tabitha oversaw national and international tour marketing at the National Dance Company Wales, and worked in arts marketing at St David’s Hall in Cardiff. She now provides strategic support to arts organisations across the UK. She is an expert on best practice and creativity in bilingual arts marketing in Wales and led a series of webinars on this topic recently for the Arts Marketing Association.

Sian is an experienced translator and talented Welsh language copywriter who has won awards for her creative writing in Welsh. A native Welsh speaker with a passion for the Welsh language, she works closely with Kindlemix on bilingual projects. She is a member of the Association of Welsh Translators and Interpreters and regularly provides translation services for charity and public sector organisations across Wales. Clients include the University of Wales, LANTRA and the BBC. She has also worked as a Welsh language teacher and as an examiner for WJEC. She is currently subeditor for Welsh language newspaper Y Fan A’r Lle and is also studying for an MA in Bilingualism and Multiculturalism in her spare time.

Sophie is an experienced copywriter and has written and edited content for businesses and charities for the past ten years. Her experience spans health, technology, education, disability, international development, property, arts and culture, with recent clients including MTV Staying Alive, The Health Foundation and Maggie’s. She regularly writes web copy, case studies, news articles, guidance booklets and marketing materials.

Trina Wallace is a copywriter, editor and journalist. She has written about charity sector, environmental, ethical and social justice issues for nearly ten years. Trina has worked with charities including Cancer Research UK, Oxfam, Drinkaware and The Children’s Society and has written for publications such as The Big Issue, The Guardian and The Western Mail. She enjoys interviewing service users to produce hard hitting copy.

Eleanor is a writer and editor specialising in health and social issues, with over 20 years’ experience in the field. She has a special interest in interviewing service users to develop positive, inspiring quotes and case studies. She also regularly interviews frontline staff, senior leaders, academics and policy experts. Previous clients include: Alzheimer’s Society, Arthritis Care, BBC Worldwide, British Red Cross, ippr, Royal College of Nursing and The King’s Fund.
